Dear clients,

Please be advised that there is a 1% transaction fee for all card and online transactions.
This will come into effect immediately. We also accept cash and bank transfers via PayId.

Payment for services are due on the day (excluding NDIS clients.) We do not offer accounts.
Invoices for online payments will only be sent to existing clients with an outstanding payment history of 2 years. If you're a new client and won't be home while we are with your pet, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking your appointment.
