My timers are set to bring all the basking lights on first (and off last) and nearly every Jungle will bask at least once each day, including when the UVB comes on.

I love how all my Jungles look completely different before a shed 💛🖤

Soren (pictured) turns orange, the high-black kids go even darker, and the high-yellows (plus the Daintrees) look like they’ve just rolled in mud 😂

Honestly, it’s like having a whole set of colour-changing noodles! 🐍

Hades noticed when the power was restored 🌞

He loves the basking area in his 4x4 enclosure and waited in the dark for it to be warm again 😄 🐍🖤💛

When the power goes out mid-storm #4 of the morning… chaos ensues.

I now have a house full of extremely confused critters:
🌧️ Frogs wide awake like it’s party time,
🔥 Basking spots cooling down (the drama!),
🦖 Monitors giving me the “how very dare you” stare,
🐍 And I can’t even thaw rodents to feed the sneks early because… no water pumps 😂

Send help. Or sunshine. Either works.

Oh and BOM says possible 0-1mm... yet my studio is flooding 🤦🏼‍♀️

One cheeky fallax attempted a full prison break last night. Looked me dead in the eye during the bedtime spritz before lights off, yeeted himself at my face, bounced off my arm, and vanished behind 8ft of racking.

After way too much nudging, climbing on a dining chair, and stretching of my short self, I caught him on the top shelf… then had to wait for someone to bring me a lid because I forgot that part. 🤣🐸

Holiday schedule for Cricket King 🦗 I've been using their crickets for years now and always recommend them ⭐️

🎄 We know many of you have hungry pets that need crickets over the holidays, so we’re doing our best to stay open as much as possible this year and support our amazing customers!

📦 Holiday Shipping Schedule
We’ll be sending out orders on Mondays only for 3 weeks over Christmas:
• Monday 22nd December
• Monday 29th December
• Monday 5th January

Please keep in mind that Australia Post is often very busy during the Christmas period, and delays are more likely. If you choose to have an order sent on the 22nd or 29th, we can only honour our live cricket guarantee for orders that arrive on or before the Wednesday of that week (24th and 31st).
Orders sent on Monday 5th January will be covered by our usual live cricket guarantee, meaning if there's an issue, we’ll replace or refund as normal.

Found the lightbox today (while looking for something completely different 🤦‍♀️😂) and figured Jinx and Zeke could have a cute little photo shoot.

…Yeah, that didn’t go to plan. 😅
Instead of striking pretty poses on top, they both decided the real star was the rock and wrapped themselves around it like tiny dramatic divas. (Zeke is the bigger diva 😆)

Still, they’re absolutely gorgeous — and Jinx is getting SO dark lately 😍🖤
