The cutest most adorable registered miniature goats

Came across this old photo where we were comparing baby tummies and I wish I would get to see this again🥰 though poor Missy Boo will definitely not have babies again. It's been a hard winter, struggling to keep weight on her and even with the arrival of spring I haven't seen much improvement. Hang in there old girl. We'll get you back on your feet, so you can enjoy retirement.

Super happy with our new mineral stations😁 this new buffet set up allows the animals to eat the exact mineral(s) they need at any given time. This is inspired by the very knowledgeable Pat Coleby, who was an absolute champion animal health and farming without chemicals. I can't believe it has taken me this long to build these stations.

One step closer!! Not only a step closer to complete our Paddock Paradise track, combined with our Equicentral loafing area, but also finally getting some native grasses sown. All this allows our animals exercise, stimulation and high fibre/low sugar food.

Gotta love when you can exercise more than one animal at the time. Though I promise you I don't use an electric wire for lunging 😄

Love this photo as it shows how important it is to keep our 4 legged friends in a herd, plus it gives my youngsters some very invaluable life lessons in behaviour and respect, and yesterday the Icelandic herd grew to 6! They are not all ours, but I'm sure it's a sign of fun times to come❤

Have you ever tried starting the day with a plan, but the minute you activate it you realise you can throw that one out the window? Happened to me today😊 I'd only ridden a few steps in the arena when realising there was to be no dressage today. All tack came off and after a few rounds of running off some steam we had a really nice session on the ground.

Took this munchkin out for a refresher today. He's had 6 months off and will spend the next 3 weeks in light training, focussing on R+ and having fun. He was absolutely ace today😍

So trusted warrior, war has arrived and to battle we must go!

Luckily we have two of these wonders (honestly couldn't live without them). Both horses and dogs enjoy them immensely. Hmm I wonder why we have never tried them on the goats?
