Hi everyone,

I just wanted to give you a bit of an update. Due to personal circumstances I will no longer be involved with Essellar Golden Retrievers and be removing myself from the page. I’m unsure if Jim will be continuing with this page or not. Jim will be keeping Bolt, Jersey and Minnie.

Baylor and I will now be Rycreek Golden Retrievers. ANKC, Dogs QLD breeders.

Thank you to everyone for your support over the years and I hope your babies are doing well.

Look what arrived on Saturday morning! 4 beautiful boys and 2 girls! Mum and babies all doing well. We will be in contact with those on the waiting list in a couple of weeks.

Hi everyone,

We have some great news! Baylor had an ultrasound this morning and we can confirm that we have puppies!
They will be due early next month and ready for homes in the new year!

Also an update on Chessie, at this stage we have decided to keep her. Thanks to all that enquired!

Grass seeds are a serious danger to dogs.
Our boy Bolt has an extensive internal abscess through his abdomen from a grass seed. We’ve had them get in our dogs eyes before and also sometimes cause an external infection in the coat but this is the worst case we have had.

Bolt will go in for surgery next week to remove the abscess.
