Mr Hat mans Debut back into the dressage arena after his injury 🥹 not only being a superstar as always he managed to take out champion Elementary 11 months post and many days of rehab and other fun surprises of fun sickness from him 😅

Well couldn’t wait to for the professional photos. What a bitter sweet day ✨ 11 Months later after Hattys injury a long rehab journey and more to come to get back jumping but first steps back into the arena ! And what a start ! Thank you Wisemans Dressage Association ! Our first wonderful day back and Hat pulled off two seconds and overall Champion for the Elementary even in the heat. Such a Fantastic event and am looking forward to many more ! Thank you to Stonewall Equestrian for their wonderful venue. And to my super strapper as always Kylie Fuerschke

Odie Competed at Denman last weekend. Another 95cm under his belt with ease. A lovely dressage test sitting top 10 again. A nice showjump round with just one unlucky rail. And a clear confident cross country round 🙌🏽 even better finishing 6th overall and 1st in the Ott class ✨ thanks Kylie Fuerschke for your volunteering over the weekend and to all the people that helped run a fantastic event Denman horse Trials - Australia. Still our favourite place to compete after all these years 💙

Now for a positive post of Odie !! He completed his first 95cm at Siec over the weekend !

A lovely little test with some halt transitions instead of a walk transition 😂 oh yeah and that hopeless rider doing Hats test instead of his and getting an error 🤦🏽‍♀️ after this is was a superstar !

Cross country was a blast, he cleared them all by miles showing his scope and excitement for cross country !

Showjumping was well and truely improved from pre surgery. Just taking a couple rails due to rider fault 😂

Great to see his progess even after such a long break from eventing and then going out at 95. Looks like Odie will be getting all the attention with Hat recovering so watch this space !

Thanks Kylie Fuerschke for looking after Odie the whole weekend and making sure my hip was handling life ok 😂❤️ heres to the next event just a little different …

Well not the happy post we thought we would be making after 11months finally back eventing after surgery… Mr Hat man had a short Siec competition.

With what I thought was just some bruising ended our competition early. Icing his leg brought down some slight swelling so thinking all was well as he was 100% sound we headed to Siec.

We cruised around the dressage arena and headed into showjumping. Hat was a little off in the warmup and decided to just see how he went in the ring. After jump 6 someone was just not right, we retired and headed back to the stables to regroup.

After ringing a local vet he headed in for some scans to make sure it was only bruising… a not so exciting outcome has left Mr Hat in box rest pending results on the new scans next week.
