Please understand that l am here to help you and make sure every dog and owner is treated with respect. This respect works both ways and abuse in the form of a text message or verbal is inappropriate and not excepted in our salon. As l delt with this yesterday when a client showed 20 minutes late for a 30 minute booking and didn't appreciate that l wouldn't make the next client wait. I do everything in my power to help each client but sometimes l cannot perform miracles. Please be respectful as l am only human and do try my hardest to help everyone the best l can 😔
