To my Harrington customers,
It is possible you may hear rumours of me injuring a dog.
As I have nothing to hide I can confirm this happened approximately 12 months ago. While grooming the face I caught the edge of the dogs tongue with the clippers and caused a small cut 2mm according to the vet nurse. I know this because I took the dog and its owner to the vet and payed the bill.
I continued to groom this dog after the accident and have done until now. But this customer is now upset with me because I forgot to rebook them (my bad). I offered the next available appointment but this was obviously not satisfactory.
If any of my regular customers would like to discuss this further I am happy to do so in person.
