Some time ago, we did a lady's horses in good faith. She is the only client that gave numerous excuses for not paying. Jamie attended the horse for the first time, and found the horse shoe to be embedded. The shoe was removed, and the person clearly instructed not go ride the horse especially on bitumen. Some excuses, my daughter fell off her horse, my vet just charged me $700 for my horse having a gal stone, to 6 weeks later riding on bitumen witness statements. Finally 6 weeks later, after riding horses on bitumen she claims our farrier has stuffed her horses feet up. She was told not to ride on bitumen. This bitumen riding was witnessed by neighbours. As a result another dodge for refusing to pay her bill. We told her we will be seeking payment. I was polite. I have copies of being cursed, called a "sl..t" with a barage of swearing in writing. This person is now contacting our clients to slander through personal messages. I urge you to forward these copies to us if you receive one. Once you copy them, you are welcome to tag that person through face book for harassment. I apologise for disclosing this information. Being a law student and furthering my studies mentoring through the court system, learning from my criminal lawyers....I believe strongly in our evidence and clearly the cursing does not go in their favour. This is purely a case of people aiming to get services for free. Unfortunately when they take it to the next next level, such as contacting clients and slandering this action is also compensatable in civil court...this is regardless if you are that person or the keyboard warrior friend of that person. Once you write the slander, contact clients etc you are incredibly liable for your actions.

A case recently occurred between rival wedding boutique shops. They caused such damages, went to civil court and actually lost their houses in compensation. The point of the matter is actions are accountable. To contact clients to cause harm unjustly has its consequences.

Again I apologise for having to post this. Again if these people contact you please forward to us and we shall place a stop on them. If we all sit back and take what people like that do to you, they will forever get away with doing it to anyone they like. So, we will take a stand.

It is also worth mentioning that Jamie has been requested of vets to attend their cases. Pony clubs, Horse Clubs and other associations are aware and engage Jamie's good work.

Trust is important, when we come to trim or shoe horses, in transferral of monies owing to us for services rendered. All of you have been terrific in honouring this for us.

Unfortunately 1 particular person now is not contactable (blocked us) preventing our ability to follow up with what is owed. Let us hope an oversight. I do ask that person very nicely to follow through and make that transfer in next 24 hours, alternately we will forward that bill on.

We make the effort to travel and do a good job.

Danny doing exceptionally well, has his saddle on. For those who don't know Danny's history, he is part of the brumby rescue, re-education. He has an awesome life ahead of him. He loves his head scratches, and enjoying human contact that you would never know his origins. Stay tunned when a grey and chestnut mare, brumbies, begin their education next although they are thoroughly enjoying their feeding, and human mateship presently.
