It is important to be vigilant this snow season so if you find or see an injured animal, please contact our local wildlife group LAOKO to assist.

Tess’ Tail of Triumph!🌟

Meet Tess — a spirited young Kelpie who came to us with a fractured leg. You’d never guess it though… she arrived full of energy, tail wagging, and practically launched herself from Nurse Jaz to greet Nurse Kelly! 💥🐶

Despite the serious injury, Tess’ enthusiasm never wavered. She underwent complex orthopaedic surgery, where our team placed a pin and screws to help repair the fracture. With lots of rest (well… as much as this high-energy farm girl would allow!) and a dedicated recovery plan, Tess has bounced back beautifully. 💚

Now she’s back doing what she loves — working the farm like a true champ. Strong, speedy, and full of that classic Kelpie spirit! 🐾

We’re so proud of you, Tess — your resilience and heart are an inspiration! 💪
