I hate to do it, but there really is no other option 🤦‍♀️

Effective immediately I will introduce a TEMPORARY FUEL SURCHARGE.

$5 per household, not per dog! This will be a temporary surcharge and will be removed when we return to some sort of sanity and pre-Iran fuel prices.

** A quick update on where I’m at! **

Yesterday I did my first day on the road! It went ok, but is still tricky, and doing consecutive big days is still not quite practical yet.

So I will be doing limited days on the road while grooming from home for those that I can’t get to in between.

I appreciate your patience! You’ve all been wonderful. Hopefully not long until things are back to normal completely.

If you need an urgent spot, coming to me is still the best option, but if you really can’t, please do let me know and I’ll see what I can do!

**UPDATE**

Unfortunately I will be on crutches for another six weeks as per doctors orders, so returning to work mobile is just not practical.

However, I will be returning to grooming limited hours commencing next week from my home between Cooma and Berridale.

Working at home is much more feasible due to being able to stay set up in the one spot rather than moving around, and also ensures I stay parked on level ground, which is important as I will be using a stool to groom sitting down, which is hard to do if the ground isn’t completely level.

It will also allow me to rest in between appointments and elevate/ice my leg as necessary.

Due to only being able to partially weight bear, sadly I will only be able to offer grooming for small dogs only at this stage. If things improve rapidly, I will revise this in the coming weeks.

I will be offering priority to those who missed their appointments in February and early March, and then everyone else will follow in due course. Please send me an SMS to be added to the waitlist or check when your scheduled appointment is due.

I appreciate your understanding in this difficult time and apologise for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately our dream holiday has turned into a more of nightmare. Thought it best to give your all the heads up that I will unfortunately be out of action for likely a couple of months. Two fractures in tibia and one in fibia. Will require more surgery when I get home to Australia.

I will let everyone know once I’m back on my feet.

It’s hard to believe, but Keryn’s Zoom’N’Groom has been grooming doggies of the Monaro for over 11 years now..

While it’s been amazing having so many longtime loyal clients and doggies, the reality is our beloved four legged friends are only with us for a finite time.

Sadly this means I’ve lost a number of long time faithful friends recently.

Whilst my books have been mostly closed for a number of years, I now have availability for new regular clients in Jindabyne, Berridale, and Cooma.

While I love all sizes of dogs, unfortunately I’ve also aged in this time 🙄 And so with a couple of niggling injuries, I can only take on small to medium breeds at this time.

Smelly or shaggy?

Due to some beautiful furry friends sadly passing over the rainbow bridge recently, and some others moving away for new adventures, I have some limited openings for new regular customers. Due to a niggling injury, small to medium dog’s only at this time.
