To continue providing the personalised one-on-one grooming experience your pups know and love, there will be a $10 price increase effective from 6th July 2026.

Due to recent increases in operating costs and wages, this adjustment allows us to maintain the quality, care and attention every dog receives during their appointment.

We are grateful for your understanding, trust and ongoing support. Thank you for allowing us to care for your fur babies 💗🐶

Every pup is different, which means grooming times can vary— typically around 2 hours depending on coat condition and temperament. We’ll always keep you in the loop with an estimated timeframe and a text as soon as your dog is ready for pickup 📲

For your dog’s safety and comfort, please wait until we notify you before returning. Unexpected arrivals can make pups extra excited, which isn’t ideal when working with sharp tools near sensitive areas ✂️
