Something no-one likes talking, or even thinking about, is grief.

Losing a pet is incredibly hard, and deciding to say Goodbye is sometimes one of the hardest things we have to do.

This handsome young man is Ari, a young Golden Retriever that has been visiting us for his puppy vaccinations.

Every time he comes in we just can't resist getting smooches from him. He is such a chill little dude.

For an average cat, this means jumping distances and heights of 1.8 to 2.4 meters from a standstill, without needing a running start.

When puppies come into the clinic, we try to give them a warm welcome and make them feel as comfortable as possible.

Don't be surprised however if we "steal" your puppy for kisses and cuddles and show them around to the team. Sometimes a puppy cuddle can fix a lot of worry and heartbreak.

Koby was certainly one to give amazing cuddles. Thank you to your parents for allowing us to have some important and much-needed snuggles with you! ❤

Some of our bravest patients have the quietest stories.

This handsome gentleman in named Ziggy, and he is one of our older patients that we sadly have seen quite a few time lately.

Ziggy is the most handsome Maine C**n, and he is facing some tough health challenges, but his devoted parents are there for him every step of the way.

Caring for an older pet can be emotional, exhausting, and sometimes uncertain. But it can also be filled with incredible moments of connection, comfort, and love.

To this special boy and his amazing family—thank you for trusting us to be part of your journey.

Is it possible to fall in love in less than 5 seconds?

We think so! Because we did! Although looking back, we do tend to fall in love with all the Dalmatians that walk through our doors (Buttons we are looking at you!)

Meet Goose, a four month old Dalmatian puppy/ mega star/ model/ little sister. We absolutely loved having cuddles with her, so much that we just kept bringing more staff members into the consult room (Thank you for your patience Dad).

And it gets better!

She is a little sister to her brother Duck 🥹
