Unfortunately it has come to a point now earlier then I anticipated that I must stop grooming for a time. My 3rd baby is due in a few short weeks and my body can no longer tolerate the demands of growing a baby and grooming. I know this will be a difficult circumstance for many of you who use my services and have done so for many years but I appreciate your understanding.
When it is time for me to come back to grooming I will post and update you all.
In the mean time there is many groomers around the ballarat to carisbrook and maryborough areas taking new clients

Thankyou everyone for your patience whilst I have been sick over the Christmas period, there is now appointments available in January from the 8th until the 19th. From there hours and days will be changing due to family commitments etc. All this can be viewed on the goldie app.
On another note from approximately April 2025 I will be going on maternity leave for a unknown period of time (at the moment) yes.. this will be our 3rd and last baby! For this reason all clients will need to find an alternative groomer for this time period. I am sorry for the inconvience this may cause but hope I have your support understanding. Danni's Dog Grooming Important notice.

It has come to my attention a small portion of clients are unhappy with the way I conduct my grooming business due to my regular cancellation and need to reschedule and move appointments.

After 14+years of grooming and being extremely reliable and consistent with appointments, i have had two children and many accidents, illnesses and complications I have had to cancel and reschedule appointments sometimes more then once.
I apologise sincerely for this but my children, their health and my own has to come first- if it doesn't then there would be no groomer to groom your dog at all. I pride myself on providing a top notch loving caring salon with dogs that look and feel fantastic after completed with the best equipment and products available, but sometimes I have to cancel appointments which I will always reschedule. But I will not tolerate in anyway shape or form manipulation, abuse or negative comments towards me, my family or business.
If my inconsistently and way I conduct my business does not meet your needs please find yourself another groomer and salon.
And as always thankyou to everyone else for your constant support, understanding and kindness. Life is so hard with little kids and physical injuries, but I am trying and I will keep trying to provide the best services and care to your beloved dogs xx - Danni

Hello everyone, Generally i dont post anything outside of animals and grooming but this is just to close to home and heart.
Hannah was a friend to everyone she met, she did not deserve what was done to her nor does any woman. I grew up with Hannah and her brothers as my neighbours as a child. She was a beautiful woman with so much going for her in this life and to know it was taken so so cruelly is just ... well there's no words really. So many hearts are broken, these deaths and abuse of women need to stop!

We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and wonderful day, we know our troops sure have! Over the holiday period we have the following days available for grooming appointments.

Open - 27th and 29th of December 2023
1st, 4th 6th 8th 10th, 11th 15th 17th, 18th 20th 22nd 27th and 29th of January 2024

As of February 2024 we will be open 2 days a week beginning from wednesday 7th, Sunday 11th, Monday 12th, and Friday 16th so on so forth
I understand this may be confusing and difficult to adjust to at first but due to health and physical difficulties It is necessary for a time.
I would also like to thankyou each and everyone of you for all your support and understanding over this past extremly trialing year, fingerscrossed for a less stressful new year!!!

Just a quick note, I understand the challenges faced due to the time off I have had when grooming from july 2023 on but I am still very much in recovery after the accident and other health issues we are facing at the moment. I appreciate everyone being as understanding as possible if you are denied, or a change in appointment date/time needs to occur because of my health or my children's.

Also it is important to remember if you are unable to receive an appointment from me or it has been sometime since your pets appointment (4-8 weeks is considered a resonable time frame for long haired dogs) without being groomed please let me know and if I am unable to assist you please book with another groomer in the local areas as soon as possible.
