Hello , just a reminder that I’m away on annual leave , I’ll be back in the salon from the 26th.
I will check the work phone as much as possible but I won’t have it on all the time .

Also the diary is very full up to Christmas except for a few spots late October, so it will be difficult to change times , I’m always happy to cancel appointments as I know everyone is busy and things come up, it will just be hard finding a replacement time /day . The cancellation list is growing already .

Hello all my lovely clients and friends of Grooming by Heidi ❤️

As most will already know I’m on annual leave now and will be back in the salon from the 26th of September 🎉

Just a heads up the diary is VERY full up to Christmas, I have just a handful of spots left late October so as much as I will always try to accommodate changes it will be difficult.
December is full up to Xmas but I’ll be working the week after excluding the public holidays .

A HUGE THANK YOU to all for being the most amazing clients . I love all the dogs so much 🥰🥰🥰

Edit : my books are closed for new clients so I can take care of all my regular dogs 🐶🎉❤️

Hello to all my lovely clients and friends if Grooming by Heidi . After managing to avoid it for 2.5yrs I’ve gone and caught the spicy virus . I’m feeling pretty drained so I’m sorry in advance if I miss calls or texts I’ll make sure to get back to everyone ASAP . All going well I’ll be back on board next Tuesday so that does mean all appointments this week will need to be rescheduled. Thank you for your patience 🥰🐶

Hello to all my lovely clients and friends of Grooming by Heidi
Just a post to let you all know that I’ve enlisted the help of a good friend to better organise my schedule .
As you all know it’s been very busy for a while now and as much as I’d like to be able to do it all I’m finding it hard to get back to all the messages and scheduling requests
It’s very important to me that all the dog’s have their appointments organised and everyone has a schedule that works for them and their dog so Kaylia will be reaching out by text message in the next few weeks to all my regular clients just to make sure everyone has the bookings they need at a time that’s suitable up to the new year.
