One of the things that sets us apart at Kingllans is that I treat each of these horses as though they are my own.

Today was Farrier day for all 15 horses, and since the sun decided to come out and it was a nice day it turned on to a nice pamper session!

Feet trimmed - shampooed - conditioned - mane & tail brushed - back to the paddock where most of them rolled in the dirt pile 😂 but at least the bath will help them lose any remaining winter coat!

And just like that we are at capacity! 🙅‍♀️ With our last retiree joining early February we are capping off the herd.

Herd availability may open up in the future however I have always wanted a sustainable and not overgrazed property where we don't have to feed year round. Because of this the horses are still able to graze and aren't yet on hardfeed or hay (excluding my poor teeth oldies).

So to make sure the land can sustain the herd we have we have no openings and instead will start a light waitlist.

(Those couple I have promised a retirement spot for your horse this cap is done with them in mind 😉 so don't panic)
