This was one of the worst cases of Matting I’ve seen in years , but before you get mad at her mum, she did go on a long holiday and left the sitter money for grooming , but for some reason she didn’t take her . Thankfully her skin underneath was in pristine condition and because she was such a sweet calm girl it Hardly took anytime at all to get that thick pelt of hair off . Normally we see bad matting at the end of winter as some pet parents mistakingly think their pup needs their hair for warmth but don’t realise how quickly it can get very matted and cause a lot of discomfort . So it was quite strange doing this at the beginning of winter , but no doubt mum whisked her off to the pet store for a fashionble outfit to keep her warm 🐶
