💔Our handsome boy Timmy needs your help- He needs his eye removed 💔

Some of you may remember back in early April when we received a high number of cats left our facility.

A number of those cats unfortunately were covering in Ringworm and had cat flu. Unfortunately Timmy was one of those poor souls and the cat flu had already badly affected his eye.

After lots of TLC, multiple eye medications, cat flu meds and vet visits Timmy has recovered from cat flu and ringworm but unfortunately his eye has never fully healed.

After discussion with our vets it was advised it was best to remove his eye as it would never fully heal and it would help to prevent further ulcerations and pain.

Due to a high volume of animals in care needing vet work, we need some assistance.

We need to raise $1120 for his eye removal surgery and his aftercare. 🐱

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a real difference and help us continue providing lifesaving care to animals in need.

‼️ Only 3 days before Moss is due to return to the facility and she is still on the look out for a foster home.

🙌 Full support given by Waggy Travels Dog Training & Adventure Walks and So Cares.

🤩 We don’t want to undo any of the progress Moss has made or see her stressed returning to the facility.

Unfortunately we have not been able to reach his microchipped owner.

🤩 BONNIE 🤩

Introducing our fun loving girl Bonnie.

At 2 years old Bonnie’s love for life is infectious. Show her some grass and this girl will roll around and sun herself to everyone’s amusement for as long as possible.

Bonnie has a love for her canine friends. She will tip tap dance on her front feet in excitement to become their new best friend and has shown herself whilst in care to be social with everyone she has met.

Bonnie can become overwhelmed easily. She takes a little while to warm up to new people but once she trusts you you’ll be met with a playful, loving girl.

In busy and noisy environments she can retreat and become a little fearful. For this reason we are looking for a home with older children / adults only and the patience to take adventures at Bonnie’s pace.

Bonnie will need ongoing training to help her learn boundaries and basic obedience but has shown she is eager to please and loves her treats!

😃 If you’re looking for fun, laughter and someone to bring a smile to your face daily with their quirky ways Bonnie sounds like the girl for you!

🏡 FOSTER HOME NEEDED 🏡

Moss has spent the last 10 days at Waggy Travels after spending nearly a year in care at the facility.

She has been settling into life within a home, lapping up all the attention and most importantly been on a training programme to help with some behaviours developed whilst in care.

Moss is due to back at the facility in less than a week unless we find a foster home that can continue to help her thrive in the real world!

❓ What does Moss need ❓
- Adult only home
- Consistency with training and boundary setting

Moss has proven herself to be a great dog whilst within a home environment. Showing off tricks we didn’t know she knew due to her high levels of stress at the facility. She has also taken leaps and bounds in her training and we would hate to undo all the hard work by having her return.
