I just wanted to share a quick update with you all.
Like everyone, I’ve been feeling the impact of the rising cost of living lately. After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to keep my grooming prices the same for now. My goal is to make sure your beautiful pups can continue getting the care they need without putting extra pressure on you.
To help me keep the business running smoothly and continue offering this, I do need to introduce a couple of small policy changes:
• Cancellations & no-shows:
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, will incur a $50 fee, payable at your next booking.
• Pick-up times:
Once I message to let you know your dog is ready, I kindly ask that they’re collected within 30 minutes. After this time, a $10 fee per half hour will apply.
These changes are simply to help cover the time and costs involved when appointment spots can’t be filled or when pups stay longer than expected.
I truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support — it means the world to me and allows me to keep doing what I love: caring for your gorgeous dogs 💕
