~ Snow View Park is located on 64 undulating acres in Nar Nar Goon, we offer affordable agistment close to Pakenham. 3/4's of our property is located "high on a hill" with lovely views and great drainage.
All paddocks have automatic mains water and tree lines for shelter. We have a large solid sand & high rubber sided round yard, stables and under cover wash bay that can be used. You can ride out straight from the property, many quiet dirt roads to spend enjoyable hours riding or make use of the large paddocks on the property.
Our large 20 x 60mt outdoor arena was professionally refurbished in June 2015, fully enclosed with post and rail. May 2018 has seen us add 6 high power solar lights to our arena, these are amazing and great to ride under when the days are shorter.
Day yards have been built to tie horses safely for saddling, vet visits and general care of your horse, there is also a float loading bay for the more tricky to load horses.
We have nice and tidy lunchroom and toilet facilities to refresh yourself after spending precious quality time with your horse.

Show Horses - $65 per week
Private paddock with rotation, (2 paddocks solely for your use), manure to be picked up, weekend use of stables (2 nights).
Hacks - $55 per week
Private paddock with rotation (2 paddocks solely for your use), manure to be picked up.
Ponies - $45 per week
Private paddock NO rotation, manure to be picked up.
Shared Paddock - $35 per week
Shared paddock, max 2 per paddock, horses of similar sizes only in same paddock.
SVP OPTIONAL EXTRAS:- Feed-out only casual $5.00 per feed - you supply feed - Feed-out only permanent/daily $2.50 per feed - you supply feed - Round bale of grass hay $90 - we supply hay & place in your paddock on Saturdays

Includes use of undercover cold water wash bay, undercover tie ups and feed storage. Facilities have power, mains water and lights. Stable Hire - Full time, min 4 weeks, 6 stables available, BYO bedding, DIY cleaning and feeding $65 per week, per stable, paid in advance monthly. Includes use of under cover tie ups, under cover cold water wash bay and feed storage. Stable block has power, lighting and water. Suit treatment of injuries or rehab.
Stable Hire - Casual, min 1 night, 6 stables available, bedding supplied, DIY cleaning and feeding $40 per night, per stable, paid in advance. Includes use of under cover tie ups, under cover cold water wash bay and feed storage. Stable block has power, lighting and water. Great for night before a comp or prep for veterinary procedure.
