Yorkshire Park A passion that continues to develop, a willingness to provide others with the joys of harness racing and the aspiration to succeed.

Yorkshire Park Standardbreds is operated by Brenda & Dennis Bice based at their Emu Creek property just south of Bendigo, on 18 acres of creek flats fully fenced with laneways and horse safety top of mind. In conjunction with their property on 70 acres at Lancaster the two properties provide a great place for breeding the standardbred allowing the mares and foals the best of pastures and surrounds

for preparation for commercial or private sale. Our aim is to provide prospective buyers with the opportunity to purchase yearlings that have been well cared for and educated in preparation for their stint at the racing scene at affordable prices. Brenda & Dennis have enjoyed the success of racing through their own breed in particular Rare Courage winner of 15 races including the Moonee Valley & Wedderburn Cups and continue to develop a small band of broodmares to achieve the best possible result. A passion that continues to develop, a willingness to provide others with the joys of harness racing and the aspiration to succeed, all a part of the future for Yorkshire Park.

Another fine Poster Boy filly, from Live Or Die mare Our Narissa Franco NZ, dam of four winners from four to the races - this girl is the only of her progeny not yet to race! We’re excited to announce that Yorkshire Park has taken out a Race Sponsorship Package, generously donating $400 to Team Teal in support of women’s cancer research and awareness.
The Yorkshire Park Race will be run at our meeting on Friday, 20th February 2026 at the Bendigo Harness Racing Club.
