It's National Pet Month and we are running a competition!

The prize is a weekend of in-home care visits (up to four visits in total valid for Friday night to Sunday afternoon of the same weekend).

The winner will be drawn by chance from eligible entries.

To enter simply:

Conditions:
1. Pet care is for pets living in Canberra only.

He is injured and now at the vet.

CAT (LOST): O'CONNOR

Clancy has not come home. He lives in Yarrow place O'Connor and was chased by a dog and hasn't been seen since. He has missed several meals which is not like him. He is quite a large Burmese. If anyone sees him or lives in O'Connor could you please check your sheds as he may have gone into hiding.

The Australian Veterinary Association (AVA) is warning all dog owners to be aware of the presence of Leptospirosis in the ACT, a disease which has caused the death of a dog this week.

***WE'RE HIRING****

We are looking for a casual dog-walker and carer to provide in-home care visits (in the home of the pet, not your own), on a casual basis. work will fluctuate according to busy periods but we are looking to grow the business, so this role could grow with it.
May also be required to service other areas of Canberra based on bookings scheduled. Work would be on weekdays and/or on weekends.
Preferred location is Northside / Gunghalin area.
Will need:
1. To undergo a police check.
2. A functional mobile phone with working camera.
3. A reliable car and driver’s licence.
4. Be an experienced walker of dogs.
5. Happy to look after cats, birds, reptiles, fish and other animals.

MISSING CAT - LEWIS C from Hackett

Lewis was last seen in Hackett (near corner of Madigan and Antill streets) on the morning of Saturday 4 December. He is a much loved family pet and we miss him every day. A photo is attached.

If you or anyone else happens to see him we would love to have him home again.
