If your wondering how to bath your puppy (or dog) at home. I have found this amazing item - it’s a battery operated camping shower. I have a hydro bath but it’s too big and noisy for young puppies learning the way of being comfortable with baths.
I used it on the baby girls the other day and it was brilliant, quiet and gentle. Using two shallow tubs with enough water to cover the pump I was able to stand them in, wet down, wash and rinse in one then move to the second tub and repeat to condition. It has different speed/power settings and reads the temp of your water (does not heat) it will be great in summer to hose off the dogs when I want to cool them and only have a bucket of water.
I bought it from Amazon.
(This is not an advert and and not received sponsorship in any way from this, just passing on my find)

Happy 9 weeks to my brownies. 🥰🤎
Miss Wispa had a great day being able to explore the yard and house as a solo pup, even was brave enough to bark at the neighbour over the back fence for being noisy! 😂🤦‍♀️

With everyone else off on new life adventures that leaves only Wispa, and that can only mean one thing - we welcome to our family Miss Wispa.
The week has been a long and emotional one of watching and monitoring the girls and hoping that I have made the right choice, as this choice is the future of my lines. Miss Wispa is Wispa name by name and Wispa by nature, let hope that stays true. 💜🤯

Today we said “see you later” to little miss Crumble as she headed to the Blue Mountains to a sporting home.
Crumble was always the small but mighty personality. And hope she continues to be mighty as she grows. 🥰

On Friday we said “see you later” to Willow (aka Mini Nut) as she headed off with her new family where she will be living with her Big Sister, Indi - who was from our first litter in 2022!
Reports and updates we can see that she is settling in to country life with Indi beautifully. And is going to have many exciting adventures as well.

Today we said “see you later” to Milo.
Milo has also gone to live with a lovely local family and their sweet Border Collie, whom I see often at agility.
Milo was the clown of the boys, a real character who had many arguments with one of the beds I had for them - digging, yelling and chomping on it like it was a playmate. 😂 He was just a funny little guy for me in so many ways - from a cuddly bear to his funny silly side to the emotional hangry puppy letting me know I was too slow making meals.

Yesterday we said “see you later” to Enki (Chunk)
My chatty chunk has gone to live with a lovely local family and their two older Border Collie boys.
Chunk got his name for being the biggest puppy born at a whopping 436g and was just over 5kg at his 8 week weigh in and the Chatty name as he had something to say about everything early on. He had a sweet nature quiet laid back but also a lot of drive when things were happening, above all a lovable teddy bear.

The Brownies are now 8 weeks old and usually mean it’s time for a collage of headshots.
Instead we are busy preparing for our babies to start leaving home this week. I forgot to take photos whilst they took advantage of yesterday’s beautiful weather letting them have a great time in the puppy pen and introduced them to a shallow water tray and the water babies had a great time splashing around.
Today the weather was disgusting with rain most of the day. Not good outside weather as our yard holds water so no photos. We continued to sort the puppy packs and bathed the boys ready for their departure days.
It’s going to be a tough week so will do a write up with photos for each puppy as their depart.

Just for a bit of trivial fun. This is Erin at 8wks 5days of age, just before we got her.
