Everyone meet Arty !
He is a 7 month old Maltese x shih Tzu, he’s a little boy with a big personality and a little bit of attitude.
When he first started coming to Outback he absolutely hated the dryer and anything to do with his face having to get brushed combed or trimmed, he would even at times get snappy. Fast forward a couple of sessions later, a lot of reassurance and he’s absolutely killing it.
Each time he comes in he builds more and more confidence, trust and runs in ready for his bath and groom 🐶

If you have a pup who is anxious and needs someone who’s going to spend the time building trust and confidence and not rush them out the door Outback is the salon for you 🐩🐶🫧

📢 Important Payment Policy Update

To our valued clients,

Unfortunately, due to an increasing number of payments we’ve had to chase, we have made the difficult decision to no longer accept bank transfers. Moving forward, payment will be required at the time of your appointment.

As a small business, we rely on prompt payments to pay our staff, purchase supplies, and keep our doors open. While the majority of our clients are amazing and always pay on time, we’ve found ourselves spending far too much time chasing overdue payments, and unfortunately it’s no longer something we can continue to do.

At the end of the day, you can’t walk into a supermarket, do your shopping, and say you’ll pay when you get around to it. Small businesses deserve the same respect. Once a service has been provided, payment should be made.

This decision wasn’t made lightly, but it’s necessary to protect our business and allow us to focus our time and energy on what we love most—caring for your pets.

On this note I also want to remind everyone that a 50% deposit is required for all appointments and that we have had a small price increase and some services.

To everyone who has supported us and always paid promptly, thank you. We truly appreciate your loyalty, understanding, and continued support. ❤️

Courtney has been grooming in the local area for 5 years and has built up a wealth of experience, but what really stood out to us was her genuine love for dogs and the care she puts into every groom.

Finding someone who shares the same values and passion for making every pup feel safe, comfortable and looking their best is so important to us, and we know she’s going to fit right in.
