I would just like to let everyone know that my books are being filled with more and more clients committing to a regular pre-booked schedule. This means I have fewer appointments available for non permanent bookings. My current wait time is 3 weeks and I only have a handful of appointments available before Easter. While I try to accommodate as many people as I can. I am 1 person and can only groom so many dogs a day. Priority is given to permanent bookings. If you aren't booking ahead or you miss your booked appointment, unfortunately you will have a long wait time, which is only getting longer. My 8 week or less discount is only applied to 8 week or less appointments. It doesn't apply if it goes over 8 weeks because I'm booked out. May I suggest that you look at booking regularly to avoid missing appointments and the discount.

Would like to make everyone aware that due to an increasing number of no shows and late cancellations 😞, there will now be a $20 fee per dog for cancellations with 24 hours of an appointment or a no show. It will be payable before any future appointments will be booked. Thank you.

Salon will be closed for grooming from June 2nd to June 17th. I will not be answering calls or messages during this time. Please ensure any bookings required after the 17th are done before the 2nd.
I may have someone available for bath and dries, ONLY, on a couple of days during this period, if there is enough interest. But these bookings also need to be made before the 2nd of June. Thank you, and sorry for any inconvenience
