It's day 7 of our 23 day pushup challenge to raise money for mental health . 170 pushups today.
Collectively as a team we have done 7017 push ups in this last week! I don't think any of us can quite believe that.

We'd love your support for this cause- we've all got someone close to us whose lives have been affected by mental health issues.

Dr Sara getting today's 140 in while camping this long weekend.
Showing off though, cause she only did 3 full push ups today, the rest were knee push ups only. 🤣

Dr Nadine on the other hand is apparently doing pushups on a Kayak!

No! No, we are EACH doing 3307 push ups, in 23 days to represent the 3307 lives lost in 2024. Argh! That means today was 140 push ups each!

💪🏼🐾 The team at Tweed Coast Vet is taking on the Push Up Challenge for the month of June to raise money and awareness for mental health! 🧠

As Veterinary staff, we know firsthand how important mental health support is within our industry. Everyday Vets, Nurses and Reception staff face emotional and mental challenges and we are proud to be doing our part to help make a difference.

We’d love your support whether it’s a donation, a share or just simply to cheer us on while we take on the challenge! Every push up helps raise awareness and funds for vital mental health support services such as Lifeline, Headspace and The Push for Better Foundation. 🙌🏼

STRAY DOG ‼️

A stray black male Kelpie was handed into us today and we can’t seem to get through to any number on the microchip.
