I never thought this day would come. There’s been hints over the last year or so. But I often wondered if Dash would always be just a little too nervous or shy to get a really good cuddle, head scratch or even a boop. Well that is no longer a concern. He’s head butted my phone out of my hands twice while I’m trying to post this because he truly knows how - pats are life.

I worried sometimes that one day many many years from now, that his first cuddle would be the last cuddle, you know the one I’m talking about. I worried he’d never feel the love I have for him, never be comfortable enough to trust. But the day is here…. It’s really really really here!!!
