m Yallingup through to Bunbury including Busselton, Capel, Dunsborough, Quindalup and Vasse. We provide the animals with care and rehabilitation services to enable them to be returned to their native habitat. This includes the critically endangered Western Ringtail Possum, brushtail possums, western grey kangaroos, native birds and long neck turtles We provide awareness and education to the general public about protecting and helping local fauna and their native homelands.

A huge thank you to Branch Manager Lucas Zoratti and the wonderful team at Commonwealth Bank Dunsborough for recently presenting Geo Bay Wildlife Rescue with a $1,500 donation through the CommBank Community Donations Program.

This program supports hundreds of grassroots organisations across Australia, helping fund essential equipment, services and programs — and we are incredibly grateful to be one of them.

A huge thank you to City of Busselton 👏for providing a grant that enabled Geo Bay Wildlife Rescue Inc volunteers to undertake more hands-on training recently.

We were very fortunate to have Dr Meg Rodgers from WA Wildlife and Dr Natalie Bowskill from Heritage Vet conducting the training. The feedback from volunteers was extremely positive, with the sessions helping further develop skills in wildlife rescue and rehabilitation for the benefit of our local wildlife. 🦘🦉💚

A huge thank you to Monadelphous for allocating Geo Bay Wildlife Rescue Inc a $1,000 grant through their Community Grants Program. We’ve used this generous support to purchase new cages for the many small possums still coming into care — and they are already making a real difference.

This contribution helps us continue providing safe, species‑appropriate housing for vulnerable wildlife.

It’s been a busy season - over 300+ Black Swan Cygnets rescued, with 40+ still in care being fed and rehabilitated by our dedicated Volunteers every day.

Growing Cygnets eat a lot, and Lucerne Chaff is a vital part of their diet. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟱 𝗯𝗮𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲!

This tiny 80‑gram Western Ringtail Possum, little Locky, is absolutely loving feed time 🍼💕

Every feed helps him build strength and the resilience he’ll need for a second chance at life in the wild. From fragile beginnings to future treetop adventures, it all starts with dedicated care, patience, and a very full little belly supported by the team at Geo Bay Wildlife Rescue — giving our critically endangered wildlife the best possible start. ❤️
