I would like to thank everyone for supporting me in my first year. Today is my one year anniversary and what a year it’s been. Thank you to Angela Larsen and Bonny Louise for being my amazing groomers and helping make my first year such a success. Thank you to Kyllie Garrett and Mick Parkinson for helping me get it up and running and my parents for all there support as well.

🦟🐾 Fleas & Ticks: Know the Life Cycle, Protect Your Pet! 🐾🦟

Did you know that fleas and ticks go through multiple life stages—and most of their life cycle happens off your pet?

🔍 Flea Life Cycle:
• Eggs – Laid on your pet but fall into carpets, bedding, and grass
• Larvae – Hide in dark areas and feed on organic debris
• Pupae – Cocoon stage (very tough and hard to kill!)
• Adults – Jump onto your pet to feed and reproduce

👉 A single flea can lay up to 50 eggs per day—infestations build fast!

🕷️ Tick Life Cycle:
• Egg → Larva → Nymph → Adult
Ticks need a blood meal at each stage, meaning they can latch onto multiple hosts—including your pets (and even humans).

⚠️ Why Prevention Matters:
Fleas and ticks aren’t just annoying—they can transmit diseases and cause serious health issues like skin infections, allergies, and anemia.

💡 What You Can Do:
✔️ Use vet-recommended flea & tick prevention year-round
✔️ Wash bedding regularly
✔️ Keep your yard tidy and trimmed
✔️ Check your pet after outdoor adventures
