We currently have spots available for training (and sales) from November into the new year!

Mackenzie has extensive knowledge and experience in dressage and more recently has been moving up the heights in showjumling for the past 3 years (with an eventing background).

Mackenzie has a passion for working with kids ponies/green horses, with great success with sales and training.

Mackenzie cater’s for horses and ponies of all disciplines and has experienced riding all types of horses, from green broke to schoolmasters. Mackenzie focuses on correct basics and foundations setting the horse up for a successful future in whichever chosen discipline.

Training can include but is not limited to
- ground work
- troubled horses
- instilling more miles under saddle
- competition outings
- correct basics and foundations

Our small team spent the past week in Caboolture at QSEC for the festival of showjumping.

In tow was ‘perfect time’ and ‘Isabelle rose’ where both mares picked up multiple placings in large classes (over 80 riders per class).

A reminder that Mackenzie is set to finish the last of her studies from the 22nd July - 1st September so lessons will be very limited within this time however we are looking for someone to help assist with the care of the horses while Mackenzie is away and we are also open to taking on a young keen horse person who is available and capable to groom at shows (stay away shows), payment will be discussed.

Horses and heatwaves 🥵

Those of you who have lessons this week it’s extremely important to look after yourself and your best friend 🐴 during this heat!

Make sure you bring plenty of water for yourself and remember I have wash bays at everyone convenience so please feel free to use these to make sure your horse is cooled down properly and appropriately at the end of your lesson!
It’s also very important to walk your horse after your lesson for 5-10min to allow them to cool down.

And adding electrolytes to their feed helps them recover!
