🐾 A little salon update for our wonderful clients 🩵
Firstly, thank you all so much for your ongoing support. We truly have the most amazing clients, and we're so grateful that you trust us with your dogs.
As we head towards the busier months (even if winter doesn't quite feel ready to let go yet! ❄️), we'd like to give everyone plenty of notice about a couple of upcoming changes.
✨ Our updated pricing will come into effect shortly. You'll find our new price list displayed in the salon and at reception when you visit.
✨️Those who keep their regular 6-8 week appts will be rewarded with our slightly lower meaintenance schedule prices.
✨️Daycare clients in daycare on the day of grooming still recieve their special discounted rates.
✨ We'll also be closing our books to new clients at the end of this month. Just like last year, our spring and summer appointments fill very quickly, and we'd much rather make sure we can continue looking after our wonderful regular clients than overbook ourselves and compromise on the care we provide.
If you're one of our regulars, you can already book your appointments right through into summer. We highly recommend securing your preferred dates now so you don't miss out!
One small favour if you're booking online 💛 When choosing your appointment, if possible, please select the next available time. For example, if a 9:00 am appointment is available, booking that rather than 9:30 am helps us avoid small gaps in the day that are often too short to fit another groom. Those little choices make a huge difference and help us care for as many dogs as possible.
