Aphrodite was our 1st client to try the 'Power Pack' at Leaps & Laps today.

She started with a speed session on the Slat Mill before having a quick break.

After this was a steady session on the treadmill where Aph got into the zone, striding out before having another quick breather.

Then she finished with a strong session of dock diving.

It's hard to gauge which area had Aph in her happy place because she loved all 3 stations but I reckon it was a dead heat between the Slat Mill & the pool.

Needless to say, we finished with a very happy but exhausted GSD.

Thanks to Nat for bringing Aphrodite for this unique Leaps & Laps experience!
