TEMPERAMENT:
✓ Courageous and dignified

MOVEMENT:
✓ Active and powerful
✓ Smooth, free, and purposeful
✓ Moves with a characteristic rolling gait

The British Bulldog's head is one of our most distinctive features! Here's what the breed standard tells us:

✓ Skull: Massive, broad, square and high
✓ Muzzle: Short, broad and undershot
✓ Jaw: Undershot and projecting. Must not be wry
✓ Teeth: Undershot bite is essential to the breed. Teeth covered when mouth is closed
✓ Ears: Rose-shaped, small, thin and set high
✓ Eyes: Dark, round, set low and wide apart
✓ Wrinkles: Abundant but fine, especially on the face
