🚨🐇 CALICIVIRUS: Wild Rabbit Control Program 🐇🚨

The NSW Government will release Rabbit Haemorrhagic Diseases Virus ( RHDV1-K5) into the wild rabbit population in Greater Sidney and the Central Coast on March 2nd 2026. This is to help control the wild rabbit population.

PET RABBITS CAN BE AFFECTED BY RHDV so it’s important to Vaccinate them before March 1, 2026.

Vaccination is the best way to protect your pet rabbit.

🚨Tick season is upon us! 🚨
Did you know it’s easy as A, B, C to protect your pets from paralysis ticks? The northern beaches has a very high tick population and these nasty parasites like to attach themselves to our beloved furry friends. To protect your pets from paralysis ticks make sure to do regular and thorough tick checks as well as staying up to date with their tick prevention.

⚠️ Trigger Warning ⚠️ Blood 🩸

Sweet little Maki’s visit was not so sweet, unfortunately she was attacked leaving her with a gaping neck wound requiring emergency stitch up surgery.

Lucky for Maki her owners were prepared for the unexpected and had Pet Insurance, relieving them of unexpected Vet bill just before Christmas.
Maki is recovering well at home with some antibiotics and pain relief. You don’t need pet insurance until you do 🐾
