Hi all, it appears we may have had a lead and collar mix up at the salon on Christmas Eve, does this one belong to any one ? Or does anyone accidentally have a plaited leather collar with a tag for ‘Toby’ ? These will both be large size as for a golden retriever. Thanks

But the hardest part of what we do,
Is knowing someday we'll say bye to you,
Being a dog groomer is emotionally rough,
Loving something so deep is really tough,

Because loving your pets is what we're here for.

HOUSE KEEPING 2024

I hope you all had a lovely Xmas and New Year and you are excited for the year ahead. So I am able to keep your pets perfectly pampered I ask that you please read the following carefully;

Bookings - This year is already shaping up to be super busy so please book in advance to avoid delays to your appointments. I recommend booking appointments 6, 8, or 12 weekly (whichever suits you) in advance at your appointment before you leave to avoid missing out on your next groom. If you don’t hear back from me regarding an appointment please message again as occasionally I get overwhelmed and distracted!!

Price Increase - Unfortunately, due to rising costs of operations there will be a slight increase in price this year.

Appointment Times - Please be on time for your appointment. If this is not possible please let me know by calling or texting. However, if you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled - working with your animals is my priority and late arrivals has a big effect on the day.

Pick Up Time - When your dog is complete I will you message to collect them.Please collect your dog within 30 minutes to avoid late pick up fees (prior arrangements with myself are exempt)

Hot/Bad Weather Policy - From time to time appointments will need to be rescheduled due to weather, this is for your pets safety. I will notify you as soon as possible on these days.

Family Business - I appreciate your ongoing support and patience as I am working while juggling 3 beautiful young children. My youngest was born Oct ‘23 and is being breastfed - your consideration of our needs and time has been wonderful and will be appreciated going into 2024.
