MESSAGE RECEIVED OF SOMEONE LOOKING TO REHOME THIS BEAUTIFUL YOUNG RING NECK

My names Chris
I was given an IRN several months ago. Beautiful teal about 1 year old, maybe a boy. Unfortunately I'm not able to keep him and I think he needs more attention than I'm able to give him. And he's loud. He won't come to me or let me touch him but he's out of the cage mostly and puts himself in at night.
I need to find him a home with someone that’s has more time to wirk with him and give him his forever home. As i said I am not sure of the s*x, so would be preferred to be an only bird.
You will need to have a large cage for Charlie, with some entertainmentnt toys for him.
