Heartwarming Success Story: Our Cherry Eye Kitten!

We recently had the pleasure of caring for a special 11-week-old kitten who came to us with a case of cherry eye. This little guy was brought in by his breeder right before he was scheduled to join his forever family.

The kitten developed a cherry eye, a condition where the gland in the eye protrudes, causing discomfort and potential vision issues.

We performed a successful surgical procedure to correct the cherry eye. The surgery went smoothly, and the kitten was placed on a treatment plan that included anti-inflammatory medications and antibiotics to ensure a speedy recovery.

Over the next few days, the kitten’s recovery was closely monitored. By Day 14, the surgery site had healed well, and the kitten was bright, alert, and comfortable. The post-surgery checks confirmed that the eye was in great condition.

Now the kitten has made a full recovery and has been joyfully reunited with his new family.
