We are a friendly, professional, caring veterinary practice who have been established in McDowall for over ten years and who thrive on providing the highest standard of quality care to our clients and their pets. We recognise the important role our pets play in our family structure and aim to keep them free of disease and full of health. When they do fall ill we aim to diagnose their condition as

quickly and cost effectively as possible and ensure that they return to full health promptly. Our Team
We are a young, enthusiastic, but experienced team (with over 30 years experience) who take pleasure in getting to know you and your pet personally and catering for your individual needs. We offer a full range of veterinary services including: dog training, free puppy school, X rays, ultrasound, vaccinations, all forms of surgery. We service all of Northern Brisbane, including McDowall, Albany Creek, Bridgeman Downs, Chermside, Aspley, Stafford, Stafford Heights, Everton Park, Everton Hills.

Our Pet of the Day is the lovely little Pixie!🐾
Pixie is 13.5 years old and came in today for an echocardiogram—a special heart scan. She has a gentle heart murmur, but her sweet little heart will be well looked after both at home and with our team. 💖

This 4-year-old Labrador stole our hearts today with his bright smile and gentle spirit! 💛 Dash came in for a lumpectomy and handled everything like a true champ. Sending him lots of love and healing vibes as he recovers! 🐶💪

🐾 Pet of the Day: Bertie! 🐾

Say hello to Bertie, our charming 7 year old British Bulldog! 💙

Bertie has been a regular visitor at our clinic over the years, and we’ve absolutely loved watching him grow from an adorable little pup into the handsome gentleman he is today. Look at these before and after photos ... isn't he just the cutest? 😍

Bertie always brightens our day and we’re so lucky to have him as part of our McDowall Vet family. 🥰✨

Pet of the Day today is....... Charlie!!🥰 Charlie is a 6 year old Pug who came in today for a routine dental and epulis removal. An epulis is a benign growth on the gum surface🦷 Charlie was a trooper during his procedure today and was adored by all the staff. We wish you a speedy recovery little man 💕🐾

🐾Pet of The Day🐾
Today was Macey’s very first visit to our practice, and she came in for her final puppy vaccination. While she was clearly very attached to her dad, she was a lovely girl and happily let our vet give her a full check-up to make sure everything was just right. Welcome, Macey!💕

This gorgeous girl is Sasha the 6 month old Border Collie💕
Sasha was in with us a week ago for her desexing procedure but had her post op check yesterday!
Everything has healed well and she got the go ahead to remove the 'cone of shame' and return to puppy life as usual😄🥰🫶

The lovely Scooby is our pet of the day. He walked in with his adorable, pink, fluffy sock on this morning ready for the day ahead. He had to get a sore nail removed. He's been a marvellous patient.

Meet Aurora!! This sweet girl is a 10 year old Chihuahua cross Pomeranian 🥰 It was an absolute pleasure to have Aurora spend the day with us for her dental procedure🦷 From everyone at the practice, we hope you all had an amazing Thursday! 💕🐾

Dennis visited us today for a dental procedure and had to get one little tooth removed! He was very well behaved and even gave the nurses some tips on keeping warm this Winter😄🫶🧶

Pet of the day today is Molly!! Molly is a 5 and a half year old Cavoodle who was an absolute pleasure to have at the clinic today💕 Her placid nature and warm cuddles were adored by everyone at the clinic🐾
