Greys 2nd Chance have been lucky enough to secure a Bunnings BBQ fundraiser at Robina on June 6th!
But first we need help to cover the upfront costs, which include purchasing the snags, onions, sauces and bread. We have a goal of raising $800 to cover our costs 💰This will mean all the money we make on the day will go straight into rescuing more hounds who are needing our help 🐾🐕

💙 Onslow update… and yes, he is BIG 😄 💙 (Onslow on the right!)

At 36kg, Onslow may look like a giant… but he is really just a big old teddy bear who wants nothing more than snuggles 🐾

He’s been settling into foster life beautifully and we’re starting to see more of his personality shine:

💙 Loves a cuddle (and will remind you… with a wet nose tap in the middle of the night 😄)
💙 Has great recall
💙 Very clever… figured out stairs in 24 hours!
💙 Also a bit of a smarty pants when it comes to kitchen benches 👀

He’s learning, exploring and enjoying all the comforts of home life… and doing it in his own big, lovable way.

And despite his size, he is all heart 💙

If you’ve ever dreamed of a big, affectionate, slightly cheeky companion, Onslow might just be your boy.

Follow along as he continues his journey in foster care… we have a feeling he’s going to steal a few hearts 💙🐾

💙 Welcome Onslow 💙

Say hello to our newest boy in foster care… Onslow 🐾

This very handsome brindle boy has just arrived and is already settling into his new life. At around 3 years old, he has his whole future ahead of him… and we cannot wait to see him shine.

Right now, Onslow is taking his first steps into home life, learning what it means to relax, feel safe, and just be a dog 💙

Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing his journey as he settles, grows in confidence, and shows us more of his personality.

And trust us… this boy is going to steal some hearts.

💙 WOW… look at this incredible donation! 💙

A huge thank you to the amazing team at Petstock Beerburrum Rd, Caboolture for this generous donation — two full trolleys of food, treats and supplies for our greyhounds in foster care 🐾

This kind of support makes a real difference. It helps us feed, care for and support our hounds while they wait for their forever homes, and takes pressure off our rescue so we can keep saying yes to the next greyhound who needs us.

We were also able to share some of the love, passing on cat food and small dog food to Bribie Island Animal Welfare (CADAWI Inc) 💙
