That’s it… we’ve reached the busiest but the best time of the year! 🐾🎄
Bookings are now closed until 2026.

What a crazy but wonderful year it’s been.
This is a brand new journey for me, something I started after breaking my leg and losing my job at the start of this year. I took a chance and started over, and I never imagined things would grow the way they have or go as amazingly as they’ve gone. I’m endlessly grateful for every person who has supported me, trusted me, and shared their beautiful pets with me. 🐶🫶

I apologise I haven’t been able to get back to everyone yet, the amount of messages and calls I have received has been overwhelming, and I’ll be working through them over the next week and try respond to as many as I can. 🙏

Because it’s just me, and as much as I would love to groom everyone’s puppies, I can only take on so many. For that reason, I may be looking at closing my books to new clients in the new year in order to prioritise my regular and loyal clients who have supported me from the beginning. 💕

Thank you all again for your patience, your kindness, and for letting me care for your pets. I appreciate you more than you know. ☺️

🚨 Important Cancellation Policy Update! 🚨
I am so grateful for the support from my amazing clients new and existing. Recently I’ve had a few time wasters and due to the increasing demand for my grooming services, I’ve had to implement a new cancellation policy to better manage my schedule and continue serving as many pets as I am able. Please take a moment to read through the updated terms:

📅 Cancellation Policy:
More than 48 hours notice: No charge
36 to 24 hours notice: 30% of service fee
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service fee
No notice (upon arrival): 90% of service fee

🚨 New Clients:
If you cancel with insufficient notice or are not there for your scheduled appointment (with fewer than 3 previous grooming sessions), we may no longer be able to service you in the future.

⏰ Not-home/no communication:
I will send a message and wait up to 15 minutes if no one is home at the scheduled time. After that, if no one arrives or communicates, I’ll have to leave and a 90% fee will be charged due to wasted appointment space.

💳 Outstanding Fees:
All cancellation fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments. Failure to settle these fees will result in future appointments being declined.

Just a few of the oodles I have groomed over the past couple of weeks!

These curly cuties are all fluffed, puffed, and perfectly pampered, and all were an absolute pleasure to groom 💕

Jimmy strutted in with a “I do what I want” attitude and a coat full of character (and a little extra fluff). Opinionated? Definitely. Adorable? Always. 🖤

After a pamper session and some convincing, Jimmy walked out looking like a brand new pup,
clean, tidy, and totally dashing. 🛁

Not much off the body, just a gentle tidy-up to keep her beautiful coat looking fresh. We focused on keeping the length while neatening up that sweet face and those fluffy little feet. 🥹
