Just a quick reminder that Lilac’s appointments before her leave on April 3rd are almost fully booked, with only limited spots left over the next few days.

Exciting update on our much-anticipated Pet Pick-Up Service Van! 🚐🐾

The full commercial wrap design for the van has officially been completed! A huge thank you to our amazing design team for all the late-night discussions and dedication that went into bringing this vision to life.

The van is now moving into the next stage — full wrap installation and interior fit-out. The workshop estimates it will still take a few more weeks before delivery.

We know many of you have been waiting for this service, and we truly appreciate your patience. We can’t wait to reveal the final result soon… stay tuned! ✨🐶

Pawsitive Pet Grooming is a legally registered business with an officially registered domain and has been independently operating from our Brisbane salon location since 2021.

We are not affiliated with any other similarly named businesses and do not provide mobile grooming services.

We will soon be introducing additional services such as pick-up, drop-off, and boarding. All official updates and announcements will be shared exclusively through our verified channels.

2026 Saturday Appointment Update

From February 2026, all Saturday appointments will incur a $15 weekend surcharge.

Saturdays are consistently our busiest days, with higher staffing, operational, and demand pressures. This adjustment helps us continue to provide the same high standard of care, time, and attention for every dog—especially during peak periods.

We truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support, and we encourage clients who wish to avoid the surcharge to consider weekday bookings where availability allows.

🎺🎺🎺Coming Soon – Pet Pick-Up Service
🎀In 2026, we are introducing a new service to better support our clients’ needs.

Due to distance, time constraints, and transport challenges, some clients have previously been unable to access our grooming services. To address this, we travelled to Japan to study international grooming transport systems and have commissioned a customised mini bus with fully automatic doors to provide a dedicated pet pick-up and drop-off service.

To improve efficiency and reduce waiting time, pick-up points will be arranged in different suburbs on a rotating weekly basis, scheduled outside peak traffic hours. Pets will spend the day with us enjoying professional grooming and daycare services at our salon.

Transport fees will start from $15 per trip per dog or cat, with combined grooming and daycare packages available.

The vehicle is currently in transit and is expected to arrive in late February. Client feedback will be collected prior to launch, with the official service planned before Easter.
