In order for PetCloud to reach and maintain our clean track record in high animal welfare and human safety standards, we conducted workshops with highly skilled and experienced staff from the RSPCA (Inspectors, Foster Carers, Dog Trainers, and Senior Veterinary Staff) to develop processes, procedures, and information for both Pet Owners & Pet Sitters to reduce the risk of loss or harm to pets in care and the humans that care for them. The safety & happiness of your pets is central to everything we do. There are many things that set us apart such as:

✔️The RSPCA are our trusted advisors and partners - PetCloud’s Customer Support Centre is run by the RSPCA’s National Call Centre, on shore in Australia.

✔️Meet & Greets before a Stay are mandatory for everyone - We provide every Sitter & Owner with a Meet & Greet Guide, along with an RSPCA Property Checklist to help Sitters and Owners identify any hazards or holes in fences and work to fix them together. This meeting is also about introducing the Owners pet to the Sitter and their pets in order to try and predict any compatibility issues. They must be held at the location of where the stay will take place. Having this meeting as early as possible, allows you to book another Sitter more suited if there is a problem identified that can’t be easily fixed.

✔️Our Sitters and Walkers are insured - We pay for $10M public liability insurance cover for all our Sitters and Walkers.
