Hello Everyone!

Although the rescue is now unfortunately permanently closed, we still have a couple of pigs needing to find their forever home.

This is Nala + Cinnamon. They are a very sweet pair of 3 year old sows. These girls were rescued from a hoarding situation 2 years ago, where they were housed with at least 20 other pigs (males and females) in 1 small cage.
These girls are so sweet and absolutely love their food and hay! They are also very confident pigs and love having a cuddle.

We have had another successful bonding!!

We bonded Ginger and Memphis last week, and after a couple of days together, monitoring their friendship, I am pretty confident this will work😁

Memphis (the 6 month old himalayan) is definitely more outgoing and dominant than Ginger (the 1.4kg gentle giant who spends his life sleeping).
He definitely tests Gingers patience at times, but Ginger is doing really well at just ignoring him and not snapping back thankfully.

These boys will be up for adoption soon😊

🤣Typical Ginger🤣
I had just started bonding Ginger with Memphis, and he decided to take a nap😴
Memphis kept coming up to him, rumble strutting and annoying him and he absolutely could not care less!!

*disclaimer: the hide was not in there the entire time, they were starting to relax and not care about each other anymore hence why I slowly started adding accessories in*

🩷Millie + Maeve are ready to be adopted!!🩷

These 2 year old sows were owner surrenders who came to us about a month and a half ago. They had very rarely been handled so it has taken a little bit of time to get them used to people but they are slowly becoming more confident.
Although they are still a little shy, it is obvious that with a little bit more time and patience they will become the friendliest, and cuddliest little pigs.

Millie: White and Brown Agouti - Abyssinian
Maeve: Black and White - Abyssinian (with freckles on her nose🥰)

🩵M A R L I E🩵

This lovely little boy is approximately 5 months old and is ready to find his forever home.

Marlie is looking to find a home where there is another lonely male looking for a friend.

He came into the rescue 3 and a half months ago as a single boar.
We tried bonding him with another young male (memphis) but Memphis didn’t like him so the bonding failed, leaving Marlie still looking for a friend.
We have been waiting for/hoping, another young single boar would come into the rescue (possibly being a single boar out of a litter or something similar), so we could introduce the two hoping for them to bond.
But after 3 months of waiting, I have decided it may be best to try and find him a home where another pig is looking for a friend before he gets older (as it may be harder to bond him with someone).

Please keep in mind, I will only be adopting him out to someone who has a pig looking for a friend.

This was yesterdays shopping trip for the next few days😅

• 11 giant lettuces - including cos and fancy
• 2 bags of carrots
• 2 large celery’s
• over 20 capsicums of all different colours
• 6 broccolis
• 3 kale bunches
• 3 bags of cucumbers (around 25 cucumbers altogether i think)
• 1kg bag of sweet potatoes
• 3 punnets of cherry tomatos

- not to mention the bales of hay and around $100 worth of pellets I just ordered🙄

🌸Meet Daisy🌸

We rescued this beautiful Satin baby today from a near-by pet shop who had absolutely no idea of her condition. She only looks to be around 5 weeks old🥺

Not only is she very obviously a satin piggy (you can’t really tell in these photos), she also has ringworm and lice which we began treatment for immediately.

Daisy will now be staying as a permanent resident here at the rescue with some of our permanent old ladies😊

Hi Everyone!!

Apologies for not posting much recently. I have been extremely busy over the school holidays and i’m absolutely exhausted😴

We have had tons of pigs boarding throughout the school holidays, as well as lots of bookings for nail trims and grooming’s. We greatly appreciate, as all of these funds go towards food for all of the pigs and every little bit helps😊

To make up for the past few weeks of no posts, here are a bunch of pictures of some of our babies!!
