We’ll be closed from Friday 18th to Monday 21st April, open Tuesday 22nd to Thursday 24th, and closed again on Anzac Day, Friday 25th.

If your pet has an emergency while we’re closed, hit the link in our bio for nearby emergency vets. 🐾💛

In the (somewhat) wise words of Nelly, ‘it’s getting hot in here SO HOT’ and unfortunately pets can’t take off all their clothes to beat the heat.

We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: when the weather’s scorchy, keep your pets cool with plenty of fresh water, shady spots, and some fan or AC love. And remember, walks during the day are a no-go!

Here’s the golden rule: if you’re feeling the heat, it’s *double* for your bud. Be on the lookout for signs of heat exhaustion like heavy panting, red gums, lethargy, or collapse. And remember, some pets might not show obvious signs—they could be silently suffering.

If your bud isn’t acting like their usual self, don’t wait—give us a call at 3733 3500. We always save spots for urgent care and emergencies because, rain, hail, or heatwave, we’re here for your best mate when they need us most. 💚🐾

That’s a wrap, buds! The Hey Bud crew is officially swapping stethoscopes for Santa hats as we clock off for some well-deserved festive fun! 🎅✨

We’ll be CLOSED from Christmas Day and back in action on the 6th of January—rested, recharged, and some of us possibly sporting a tan (and some of us just full of Christmas pud 🍮).

This year has given us so much to be thankful for and we just wanted to take this opportunity to say the BIGGEST thank you for all the love, trust, connection and support.

Our hearts are very full 🥹
