Please share. I was a foster carer for little Jaffa and when he is relaxed in his environment he is a loving happy little cat. He just needs a quiet home with no or older children as he gets a bit overwhelmed with young children being kids.

Sweet Jaffa is just 8 months old, but his journey has already had a few bumps. Sadly, despite his family’s best efforts, he’s become overwhelmed and stressed in his current home—and now needs to return to PPF care.

We’re putting out a heartfelt call for a foster carer or a calm, forever home to help Jaffa decompress and rediscover joy.

Jaffa will need:
• A quiet space to call his own (a spare room or secure outdoor enclosure is ideal)
• A calm, cat-savvy guardian—perhaps a patient single person or older couple
• A home with no young children (12+ only)
• Preferably the only pet, so he can feel safe and secure

Jaffa is Microchipped, desexed and up to date will all his vaccinations.

If you’re able to foster Jaffa, PPF will cover his food and medical care for the duration of time he is in care.

This darling boy deserves a second chance to thrive—with someone who understands that healing takes time, love, and space.

Please share so we can help this gorgeous boy find a home more suited to his needs. A quiet home with no kids would best suit. He has never met a dog but was fine with other cats when I fostered him. He is a little love bug once he knows you.

From 16 to 30 in Just 3 Days… We’ve been busy! Rescue doesn’t wait—and neither do tiny lives in need.

In just 72 hours, our care numbers have jumped from 16 to 30 foster cats and kittens! Yes, you read that right—30 precious souls now safe, warm, and on the road to a better life thanks to our amazing carers and supporters like you.

We’ve welcomed:
• Neonates in urgent need of round-the-clock care
• Kittens from the Bayside community
• Littlies referred to us through the incredible team at Kirsty’s Wildlife Sanctuary (who’ve been absolutely inundated—thank you, Kirsty!)

And of course… that means it’s almost time for a NAME GAME!
We’ll be looking for “R” and “S” name suggestions—so get your creative cat-naming caps ready! Keep an eye out for our name game posts in the coming days.

Right now, with so many hungry little mouths to feed, we’re in urgent need of:

CAN YOU AFFORD TO DONATE $8.50?!

With so many mouths to feed (16 to be exact) we are always looking for a bargain for our cat food.

We are needing more and more Felix Kitten to feed those 16 hungry bellies! We go through (on average) 3-4 boxes a day to feed the whole tribe! So we really need to stockpile when the prices is LOW. This week Woolworths has Felix on special until, Tuesday 13th May.

Gorgeous and sweet 2 year old Floofer Lulu is looking for a new home. Lulu was rescued as an adult cat and was meant to be a companion for the existing older cat but the cats had different ideas and are unfortunately both quite stressed in each other’s presence.

This is not a healthy situation for either cat and the current caregiver wants something better for Lulu. Sometimes we need to rehome a cat because we love her enough to do so rather than keeping her in an unsuitable situation.
Lulu is very playful, loves her little balls, wand toy and feathers, and does zoomies. Lulu is still a kitten at heart.

She would most likely be better off in a single cat. I was told she had a doggy friend that she slept with so a cat friendly dog would be very much suitable too as a companion. Young children are not suitable as Lulu is too excitable for their needs.

Lulu enjoys being picked up and cuddled but on her own terms when the time is right. There’s play time and there’s cuddle time and that can’t be mixed. She loves her cat tree; it’s very sturdy and will go with her. Some of her regular food will be provided so Lulu has something familiar.
Lulu has no medical issues that her carer is aware of, and papers showing she is microchipped and desexed will be provided.
