Scheduling annual veterinary check-ups for preventative care, maintaining a healthy weight through portion control, and providing daily mental/physical exercise are just some of the ways to keep your beloved pet healthy.

How Do I Support A Grieving Pet?

Losing a pet is hard, not on just yourself, but also other pets.

If you notice any changes in your pet’s behaviour after the loss of a fellow pet, they may be grieving. It's best to try and keep up household routines, encourage them to engage in activities they enjoy and involve them in visits with humans and other animals whose company they enjoy.

Remember, grieving is natural for all creatures. If you are concerned however, do check with your vet to ensure there are no other underlying issues, and remember it's okay to give your pet space if they need it.

Every pet grieves differently just like people. Some will bounce back quickly,
