Today, I'd like to share my experience with you, some of you might have seen my post the other day.
Last week, my two toy poodles were got attacked by wondering dog. I was with my cousin who was visiting us from Japan for the first time. We were on the way to Woolworths with my two dogs. I had noticed there were two big dogs on the other side of the street. Of course, I assumed they were on the leash. So we kept talking and walking to the shop. Then suddenly, one of the dog came across the street(Malpas St) tried to grab my dogs..I've been working with dogs more than 15yrs and this was first time happened to me. I(we)were very panicked. Luckily the dog gave up quickly and run away and my dog didn't get injured. It was busy time of the day, lots of cars driving pass.
So what I wanted to say is, please be aware what's around you when you walk your dog.
Even your dog is friendly with other dogs, you don't know the other dogs are friendly. It is better introducing to other dog ON LEASH, then you can let them go under your surveillance, and you can recall him/her 100%. Please keep eyes on your dog when you are outside.
It doesn't matter big or small, this is safety for everyone and every dogs. 💗

Please give yourself and dogs enough time to prepare for appointment time.
Give your dog for 5-10 minutes to walk around outside, sniff around, so they can do toilet before grooming and
they are more relax waiting, expect what will happen, where they are...
Especially if your dog is anxious and nervous. Dog doesn't learn anything while you carrying them.🐶

I get snowy hair on me instead of white snow, water splush by dogs instead of ocean wave, no make up, no one(dogs) see. Probably, most of the time I am look aweful😆 lol I am happy making furry friends beautiful.
I have to show you this, because I got new uniform.

Puppy which had lots of different "experiences'' during that time will be much calmer and well behaved when they come to grooming too. Unexpected power outrage today, but Big thank you to Stacey from Enjoy Art Studio for letting me use their electricity which was working!!🙌 So I could dry Mr. Henry and finish his grooming.💗Thank you!🙏
P.S our power is back now. Yeay!

🦘Found a Baby Joey? Here's What to Do! 🦘

This little Joey was broguht into the clinic after being found covered in meat ants on the highway following a road incident.

It’s not uncommon to come across a baby joey in need—especially on our roads. If you find a joey, stay calm and follow these important steps:

🦘Check the Pouch – If you've found a deceased kangaroo, always check the pouch. Joeys can survive even after the mother has passed away.
🦘Handle with Care – Use a towel, pillowcase, or jumper to gently wrap the joey. Keep it warm, dry, quiet, and secure—avoid loud noises and excessive handling.
🦘 Don’t Feed or Give Water – Joeys have very sensitive digestive systems.
🦘 Keep them warm – Warmth is critical. Hold the joey close to your body or use a hot water bottle wrapped in a cloth. Never place the heat source directly against the joey.
🦘 Contact a Wildlife Rescue Group or Vet ASAP – Call your local wildlife rescue or bring the joey to us immediately. We’ll ensure it gets the right care.

Joeys need specialist rehabilitation. They are not safe to be kept at home with you.
