Please read! Unfortunately I’m having to bring in a couple of new policies & I didn’t want it to come to this but I’m seeing time and time again matting in dogs from a number of things - to long inbeween visits- minimal washing and brushing at home- dogs enjoying swimming time but not getting rinsed or brushed after and I’m having to completely shave off dogs I shouldn’t be and ones that shouldn’t have to go as short. In between your fur baby coming to visit me there needs to be work happening at home to insure your dog isn’t getting shaved to skin time and time again. I want to be able to do my job and enjoy my time with your fur babies but when they are coming in with servere matting its not a nice experience as it’s extra time for them with pulling off the fur, extra brushing, washing, drying and on the table, hard on me physically and hard on my gear! So from now forward there will be a $50 matting fee ontop of your service & rebooking with my recommend timeframe is a must after your appointment! Please all I want is the best for your fur babies & for them to enjoy coming to see me! 🐾
