I have so many times mentioned Ranch Riding to visitors here at Merton Park. A Very diverse and enjoyable Riding discipline for all ages and horse types. As 2024 draws to an end and we welcome a new year I would like to say the biggest thank you to my beautiful Husband Jim, and daughters who helped me get through the hardest 6 months of my life.

My mum had a life changing fall in June with complications that took her physical and mental independence away.

Without question or excuses I committed my life to my mums care. My husband, daughters and grandbabies were popped on the backburner, Merton Park as we knew it came to a stand still.

Mum has now passed and as so many of you know it is not easy, especially when your mum has been next door every single day. I walk out the house and from every direction is a vision of mum. Reality is still yet to sink in.. I have leaked a little every day hoping not to break but gently grieve.

Merton Park Equine Mountain Trail Obstacle Course, it's services and facilities will resume in the New Year .. So I invite you to give me a call and see how I can help you.

In the mean time I hope you all bring in the new year safely, achieve your goals and remember everyday is precious. Love your family, friends and furbabies!

For those of you that follow me and Merton Park Equine Mountain Trail Obstacle Course THAT do not have your own horse but desperately would love to experience the joy of riding in Gods own Country, I highly recommend (for so many heart felt reasons) Mccormacks Mountain Valley Trail Rides .

So many rides to choose from - a dedicated family and team to support you and Yes, it could be said that I am biased as not only Have we done one of the most magical Rides with this family, a special moment of my life was carved into my heart with them at the peak of Craigs hut, and then the Mccormacks took on our big boof of a boy Flashman and gave him a life that no other could offer and now have our beautiful Xena "Rangewar Warrior Princess" that I am told is winning everyones hearts!
