Does anyone need any grooming equipment for at home maintenance between salon grooms?

I will be placing an order with one of my wholesale suppliers this weekend, so offering a chance for clients to be included in the order.

Items available include:
Shampoo & Conditioner
Cologne, Coat conditioning Spray,
Brushes, Combs, Epitoic for ear cleaning and more

No markup will be charged. Just passing on the wholesale prices that I am able to get for these items.

If you aren't sure what tools of the trade or products would be best for your dog, just send through a query.

Order will be placed Sunday evening.

🐾 Keeping Your Best Friend Safe! 🐾

Ever wonder why we require a C5 vaccination (or C3 + KC)?

Think of it like a protective shield for your pup! 🛡️
Just like humans catch colds at school, dogs can easily pass around "doggy germs" when they hang out in the same space. Even if a dog looks perfectly healthy, they can carry invisible bugs that make others sick.

The C5 shot protects against: 🦠
• Parvovirus: A very serious tummy bug.
• Distemper & Hepatitis: Dangerous viruses that affect the whole body.
• Kennel Cough: A nasty, contagious cough that spreads through the air like wildfire.

If your pet has had their initial vaccinations as a puppy, please note that this does not mean they are covered indefinitely. They will require periodic boosters to remain covered and up to date. If you check your pets last vaccination record (or contact their vet) you can find out the date by which they next require their booster.

By requiring this vaccination, we make sure our salon stays as safe and germ-free as possible your dog goes home smelling great and feeling their best! 🐩✨

It is also why we request that you notify us asap ahead of your appointment if your dog appears unwell that way we can reschedule their appointment to a time that they are feeling better just in case what they have is contagious.

Please remember to send your dogs updated vaccination certificate ahead of their next visit.

Over the month of October, Zoey and I are walking the 150km Black Dog Institute challenge for mental health research!

So far over the last 5 days we have managed to walk 27km of our 150km. That's only 123km to go 🫣

The Black Dog Institute highlights that one in five Australians experience a mental illness each year, with nearly half experiencing a mental disorder in their lifetime. Recent data shows a significant increase in mental health conditions among young women and other populations, underscoring the need for further investment and reform in Australia's mental health sector.
