Dessert has had a cracking Pride of Dubai filly. Settling into the farm well. As always she is very foal proud.

Just the sole runner Scone Race Club today in Race 8– RAVALAWA.

This will be the second start for the Denman gelding and while his debut over 1200m a fortnight ago was only modest, we are hoping a step to 1400m will help him find a better rhythm and some improvement.

He has drawn wide, but with the field reduced to eight runners through scratchings and the heavy track, he should be able to find a spot that suits and give him a good opportunity to help build on his race experience.

Ravalawa (Denman x Dessert) heads out to Dubbo today for his first career start over 1120m.

A tricky horse who can show all the ability in the world and then the complete opposite in the same week.

Mighty Brooke Stower teams up with team Crockett to ride at the helm.

Connections are hoping Rava has his game face on, while jumping out of the barriers in the Red and white V.

Racketeerings first trip to 1700m proved successful with a peach ride by Paul Hammersley.

The top weight made it 5 wins from only 15 starts in Race 8 Gold Coast - St. Johns Birkbecks Jewel Class 4.

A big Congratulations to trainer Lisa and Joel. Also to jockey Paul who claimed his first winner in 3 years after some time off from the sport.
